Prompt and courteous service

Right here...what Andy is doing right here is what sets his company apart. He is asking for, therefore looking for, feedback to help him serve his clients better. I have never encountered another insurance company operating like this; I am not sure there is another insurance company like Mackinnon Insurance.

If a client has a claim or a question about their policy you deal directly with Andy. I personally have his cell phone number which if he doesn't answer your call he will return your call promptly. His direct availability along with his pricing is what differentiates him from the competition. . Call or meet Andy to experience the difference.

Andy has been excellent. He has responded very promptly with quotes when asked and answered all kinds of questions relating to our policy. Definitely recommend.
