It's nice having an interface when it comes to handling claims and understanding what the policy really means! I also appreciate not feeling like I am imposing on your time when calling. Even though I've never met any of you in person, and there have been some staff changes over the years, no matter who I speak with I feel like my needs will be taken care of.
