Our experience with Horizon Insurance has been leagues above the rest. Horizon handles all of our policies; home, auto, etc. Mara, Kathleen, Brian, EVERYONE at Horizon is amazing. They are always there for me when I need to make a quick change or need a certificate, etc and are very prompt to deliver. I recommend them to all of our friends and family and anyone who reads this.

I reached out to Horizon after being dissatisfied with my policy from one of the big companies. My rates kept climbing while the service seemed to decline. I called Horizon and a representative immediately picked up the phone and answered all my questions and took my information. The representative was pleasant, knowledgeable and it felt like how business used to be done. A day or so later, I had a new quote that was far lower than my current rate and was actually a better policy for my home and cars. Two days after that, I have a new insurance provider after signing paperwork electronically and I instantly saved well over a thousand dollars. I highly recommend choosing Horizon if you feel as though you’re paying too much for a policy and/or maybe you’re not receiving the customer service you’d like from your provider. I had a great experience and I’m so glad I made the call.

Everyone in the office is so nice, and easy to deal with. They also review your policy to see if they can save you any money. You can't ask for more than that!

I cannot recommend Horizon Insurance Services enough! My daughter is moving from Maryland to my hometown of Columbus, Ohio and needed renters and auto insurance. I called seven other companies prior to Horizon, and either got an automated message, or no one was available to talk to me. I called Horizon and I explained my situation and was transferred to Andy MacKinnon right away. Andy was friendly, informative, and walked me through the whole process. He responded to my emails and questions quickly and I was able to get what I needed. For as long as my daughter lives in Ohio, she will be Horizon Insurance Services and Andy MacKinnon client!
