Our home, auto and umbrella rates have remained very consistent over the years. In April I had my 3 year old in the car with me picking up my other 2 children from school and we were hit by a distracted driver. Neither my son, or I were hurt but our vehicle was totaled. I called the office and we had a rental car in our driveway in less than 2 hours. An adjuster was at our house the next day to file his report and get us a check for a new car. Absolutely seamless process with Horizon and Erie Insurance.
